We are looking for a motivated and experienced product manager for our customer to strengthen the rapidly growing commercial team.

Main Responsibilities:
Integrate, develop and maintain services used in application integrations.
- Design integration solutions and document the design in accordance with best practices.
- Work with development teams to maintain, improve and implement application integrations.
- Identify customer requirements and drive those into the portfolio of product and technology
- Define, plan and prioritize core product features/functions, determine functional scope including MVP and on-going product iteration versions
- Effectively communicate and build rapport with local clients and service providers (e.g., warehouse partners, last mile delivery carriers, etc.) to ensure seamless system and data integration
- Serve as the local product owner and direct contact point to
1) collect and analyze clients or partners’ requirements with qualified user story creation for continuous product iteration
2) participate and take a leadership role in resolving all levels of severity IT incidents by working with core maintenance and development team in China
- Conduct product and project status report/issue report according to IT delivery methodology, and provide all ad-hoc report per users requires
- Drive continuous improvement on process efficiency and communication effectiveness during product design lifecycle
- Build reports and/or data extracts to support business analysis.
- Support development on resolving system defects, acting as liaison, and developing solutions.
- Coordinate directly with business users and business analyst to best understand and analyse business specifications.
- Provide technical assistance to clients to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors.
Experience & Knowledge:
- Has experience on product development or IT support.
- Testing or development experience is a plus.
- Experience of cross department collaboration and coordination.
Skill & Competency:
- Has better understanding of system flow.
- Has basic database query skills to locate rca of routine issues.
- Has skills to check system logs to quickly narrow down scope of issues.
- Has better documentation skills.
