Job Description：

1. Identify and develop new sales opportunities for balcony and ESS system products, primarily in the DACH region;
2. Establish and maintain relationships with PV installers to drive revenue growth;
3. Create and implement marketing plans to boost sales;
4. Analyze sales performance and provide accurate forecasts;
5. Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and track competitor insights to support product development.

Job requirement:

1. Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical training (e.g., technician or master craftsman certification);
2. 1–3 years of experience in the energy sector is a plus, but new graduates are also welcome to apply;
3. Strong communication skills: native-level German and fluent English (written and spoken);
4. Willingness to travel frequently within the EU, particularly in the DACH region;
5. Must have a valid driver's license (Class B);
6. Must have a valid work visa and legal residency that allows you to live and work in compliance with German regulations.
